Since 1988, more than 440,000 volunteer participants have helped raise over $1 billion to advance the Society's mission of impacting the lives of Leukemia, Lymphoma and Blood Cancer patients. Today’s environment has become increasingly volatile and challenging for our patients. Access to care, financial strains, and life complexities have increased the challenge of surviving and living through a cancer diagnosis. However, Team in Training and the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society are ready to respond to the needs of our patients. Team in Training is committed to impacting patient’s lives with the greatest contribution possible. We are calling on our generous alumni to help us drive home the mission that holds a special place in our hearts. We have established a new committee structure that will tap into your skills to: · Bring the mission to the front every day · Support current participants in their training & fund-raising · Recruit new participants and return past participants to the program
