Creative Recruitment Committee

The growth of running, biking, and triathlons in Western PA is a phenomenal trend.  Like never before, races and events are growing and selling out.  Additionally, the options that hopeful finishers can choose from are countless.  Likewise, the charity options for runners are blossoming.

Team in Training is no longer the only game in town.  Therefore, our recruitment must be clear and targeted.  We need to seek out individuals who are not only interested in extraordinary athletic achievement but extraordinary fund-raising achievement.

Team in Training has turned TEAM into an acronym (Train Endure Achieve Matter).  It is a great formula to achieve big goals with honor.  You train to prepare for the day you call on your skills to do something big.  You endure despite setbacks and failures.  You remain focused on the ultimate goal you wish to achieve.  Finally, you make sure your contributions matter to those around you. 

The creative recruitment committee will work to find those special people ready to be part of the TEAM.
